Ideal for individuals who wish to learn about mental health conditions in a confidential setting with a didactic approach. One 90-minute session only. Maximum 8 participants in each group. Topics include:

Introduction to PTSD symptoms, trauma research, and trauma work. Eight 60-minute weekly sessions. Maximum 8 participants.

Understanding Depression
